Candidate is expected to perform assigned tasks independently, including any detailed investigations into specific scenarios or aspects to make an implementation successful.

The candidate should be highly motivated, very flexible and be able to work in an environment that constantly requires new ideas and innovation, and demonstrate willingness to research new ways to solve difficult problems, and be able to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies as and when required.

Project Leads, Senior Software Engineers – Java / J2EE
Experience: 4 ~ 8 years

  • Very strong in Java / J2EE programming
  • Development knowledge in XML, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, JSON
  • Hands on Experience with at least a few Frameworks such as Struts / Spring MVC / Spring Core / JSF / Hibernate / JPA etc
  • Experience with Web Services is preferred
  • Knowledge of distributed systems
  • Good communication skills / Soft skills
  • Excellent Problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
  • English: Fluent
Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineers – Database
Experience: 3 ~ 6 years

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with
  • SQL Database concepts and working experience.
  • Experience in Stored Procedure.
  • Good experience in writing queries, exposure to DDL.
  • Have hands on experience in writing code (Stored Procedures,
  • Triggers, functions, Schema etc.)
  • Must have excellent analytical skill
  • Ability to work with teams and individually guide teams.
  • Exhibits excellent command of English, both orally and written.
  • Experience in different platforms, environment is a must.
  • Strong Communication skills and coordination skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, organization, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task.


SCRUM Master
Experience: 4 ~ 6 years
Job Description

  • The SCRUM MASTER will work on some of the critical projects to support our rapidly evolving commercial technology vision.
  • The person should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
  • Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Assisting with internal and external communication and improving transparency

Required Skills/Experience
– First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
– Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
– Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
-Excellent communication, Facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills
–  Project management /Bug reporting tool knowledge- Jira, Assembla, Bugzilla

 Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus)
– Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II)
– Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
– Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
– Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
– Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
